LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the program, students are expected to:

  • Develop a why statement. “Why” do they want to explore and work towards a specific path?

  • Develop a basic understanding of financial statements

  • Become familiar with commonly used financial ratios

  • Gain exposure to the methods and thinking of successful long term equity investors

  • Understand core principles of long term wealth creation and common pitfalls to avoid

  • Be able to articulate what they learned and how the experience shaped their interests in finance

PROGRAM INFORMATION

  • Internship Type: Unpaid Educational Internship

  • Target Students: Freshman & Sophomore College Students

  • Location: Remote/Hybrid when possible, in our Westport offices.

  • Program Timing: 6 weeks 

  • Application Deadline: January 31st 


Applications are accepted primarily through referrals and university recommendations.

Students who have participated in the program attended a range of colleges and universities, including:
